The association Roots & Shoots, founded by the great primatologist Jane Goodall, fights against pollution. But not by making people feel guilty, but rather by educating them.
To do this, students from Shanghai travelled the city looking for plastics and created a giant monster made solely of bags. Frightening, isn't it?
It's worth knowing that only 1 to 3% of plastic bags are recycled. Each year, it is estimated that 500 billion to one trillion (a million billion) plastic bags are used, a staggering number, especially since we can reduce it by using reusable bags.
The slogan for this campaign: "Waste plastic bags and they'll come back to haunt you"
