Well, I'm a bit angry because the Fashion Revolution was barely, if at all, discussed in France. I don't know why. We don't care. We have other projects. We have other battles than knowing who makes and how what we wear is made.
Anyway. All this to say that no media talked about it. But conversely, many broadcasted Fashion Revolution's clever media stunt to raise public awareness.
Indeed, no matter how many times we repeat it, buying a €2 t-shirt is still not normal. I mean, you don't have to be a genius or be interested in ethical fashion (or, as in my case, organic lingerie). But no. We don't care, what matters is getting a good deal. The Price. Always THE PRICE. And it annoys me. A lot.

Today, we know. There are more and more reports. We know the conditions. There was Rana Plaza. But still, we continue to buy €2 disposable clothes in quantity rather than prioritizing quality and ethics. Sometimes I feel so tired.
So clearly, this way of challenging the consumer by saying "Hey dude, look who makes your €2 t-shirt, are you sure you want to buy it?" is very well done. Obviously, we'll say no. But when you're in these fast-fashion chains, you tend to forget... Far too quickly...
