How to show wastefulness? Simply by creating a giant octopus in the Slovenian capital made from 40,000 used plastic bags and 7,500 cups. The number is staggering, and the materials were collected from schools in the city (12 kindergartens, 21 primary schools, 4 high schools, and 3 universities).
