Warning: this is a girly, tell-all post… but I need help!!
Ok, vacation is coming soon (in a month and a half, so soon, QED) and I see that my thighs are extremely wide and my stomach isn't flat. Before anyone raises an outcry, I don't want to look like a supermodel either.
Let me clarify right away, I've lost a lot of weight, like -27 kilos in less than a year. I also specify that I didn't do the Dukan diet... for two months I've been fluctuating by +1 to -2 kilos but with a normal diet, meaning I eat chocolate, cakes... in short, it's not a diet... or deprivation...
The problem, yes because there is a problem, is that I have thighs and a belly... at first you find this little belly cute, but then you become obsessed with it...
So what am I doing? I've started exercising again (giggles under my breath): running, abs, aquagym... with a coach (OK, it's my brother Jean A, but he motivates me anyway)... for now, apart from muscle soreness, I don't see any results (OK, I should also mention that I only started exercising again a week ago).
Also, I cheat on my thighs after exercise (and a shower) by applying Nuxe anti-cellulite oil. The problem is that it's not organic or truly natural... but it's supposedly effective (maybe do a long-term test and talk about it later).
However, I must also say here that I have always had a problem with my body image (yes, I went to therapy, I have the right to use psychological terms). However, when I was overweight, I didn't accept myself, and when I'm thin, I also struggle...
My question is this, and perhaps there's no miracle solution: how can I lose my little belly (beware, "little" is an understatement) and my thighs without losing weight? (because yes, I feel good where I am now, I don't necessarily want to lose a kilo). Of course, alternative solutions or organic products would be appreciated!!
