#3 Eco Graff – Street Art (or guerrilla street art)

Remember (without boasting, of course) we were the first to talk about Reverse Graffiti, and now, I've fallen madly in love with the creations of Portuguese artist Alexandre Farto, better known as Vhils.

What's green about it is that he doesn't use materials to create these magnificent faces on building walls, just picks, hammers...

I find that there's a real emotion that he manages to convey through these "ornaments."

Well, what's good is that, in all his art, there's no marketing, no brands present... is it due to the creator's ethics? I can't answer for him (hey, I don't know him!) but honestly, I can easily imagine certain campaigns for associations... where you see something melancholic.

Anyway, I love it, I'm onboard, and you can see them in New York, London, Moscow, Italy, and Portugal (I don't know where exactly)

++ Alexandre Farto
