Don't trust the title because I think I've found a house worthy of a movie. But what a crazy idea to go live in a hole...
And not a small burrow, no, a proper house, incredibly well-designed and inviting!!
I called it a hole, but it's more like a bunker (like the president's in 24, but way better) and you can barely make it out.
But ecologically speaking, it's a very good thing: less electricity is used, less heating (thermal heat), the grass on the roof can be used by "critters" (like little bees!)...
In fact, this house really only has good qualities. I think the price must match, but since it's not for sale anyway, it's none of our business.
Silly question: what about the rain? However, I also think the house shouldn't be near a river or stream, otherwise, you'd be looking at floods in case of heavy rain...
