Yes, because it's winter and it's cold, we need a sweater... and it might as well be organic and fair trade! So let's choose alpaca because it's very warm.
For those not "in the know," alpaca is wool from Peru.
I have one, a real alpaca jacket with little Peruvian designs, but fashion-wise, it's not quite there. And since the blog is taking a fashion turn, I'll spare you that magnificent jacket and it's a real shame!
However, I struggled to find French brands, because I think alpaca is still expensive, so brands might prefer organic wool! Investigation pending :)
