Summer is in two months. In two months I need to have my slim figure back. (HAHAHA LOL).
No, seriously, I'm coming out of a winter with quite a few indulgences, having gained 2-3 kg and completely stopped exercising (because it's cold) (because I'm lazy) (because I bought an apartment). And now, with the nice weather appearing, I want to be able to wear dresses again without thinking I'll need shapewear.
Anyway. I told myself that a Detox would be a good start. The Water Detox is the best compromise.
You drink a lot. You also eliminate a lot.
So, as its name suggests, Water Detox is water but with fruits. I chose lemon because our goal is a flat stomach (haha, another joke).
So, 1.5 liters of water. 1 organic lemon juice, 2 cinnamon sticks, ginger (fresh or dry, as you like).
I lost 1.5 kg. I'm not paying more attention than usual and I still haven't resumed running. I think it's a good compromise to start with.
On American sites (because yes, I admit this Detox comes straight from the United States), you can do it with other fresh fruits. But I still recommend lemon.
