... or my eco-friendly product #6
And yes, I too am going to talk about essential oils – no, just kidding, because I really don't know anything about them, and faced with an overload of information, I'm just lost in the end :)
So I don't think I'll be talking about EOs again (though never say never), but rather about my experience...
So, without telling you my life story (which, between us, is incredibly fascinating), I suffer from migraines, and migraines mean chemical pills (Lamaline and Propofan are my best friends forever). And frankly, it's really not very good for my body, but so far I haven't found any alternatives except peppermint essential oil...
A tip given by an organic shop... at first I didn't really believe it (I had tried a lot of alternative things without success) and I said to myself, "Why not?"
So I bought my peppermint essential oil from Bio Mada at an organic fair... so why Bio Mada? Simply because we've been doing fairs together for 5 years (even if I don't know if they know who I am!!). I learned about their products and their history and I thought, why not!! Even if it's true that it's better to buy local, and in my region, we can say we have a choice. In short, I chose Bio Mada because their oils are organic and fair trade, and from there, everything aligned!
Bio Mada's story is fascinating, and you can see that they are committed. When you see a whole family at the fairs, you know the commitment is real...
How to use: a few drops on the forehead, it's strong (sometimes it makes your eyes water)
My Opinion: I'll repeat it, but it's strong (when you're not used to it, you're surprised). As for the results, it relieves for a few minutes (or hours), but personally, it doesn't replace good old pills!! However, I'm not necessarily a benchmark, but when I read that many people treat themselves with essential oils, I tell myself that in the end it costs nothing (except the price of the oil) and that you can try it (I'm speaking to the skeptics here)... because unfortunately, I know what it's like to have a headache!
Of course, there are a plethora of brands that make essential oils, but you can try Bio Mada's because they are really very good...
