Peru Trip Report... Part I

I'm back from a trip to Peru, where I was able to meet our partners again and get to know future ones... A trip rich in encounters and exchanges.
Today I'd like to tell you about the association that makes our comfort toys.
This association employs single mothers from disadvantaged neighborhoods in Lima.
In a very precarious situation, this association helps them psychologically (to regain and motivate their self-confidence) and financially (to receive a regular income). Most of them work from home so they can take care of their children.

It's not easy to knit comfort toys, I tried but I must admit I wasn't very good at it!

In any case, congratulations to Elia, who runs this association with great courage, and thank you to all the women who crochet our entirely handmade craft products, made with great will and patience.
