Well, it hasn't been a year since we've had the blog, but the end of the year is here, and I think it's a good time to take stock.
This year was rich for C.A.BIO, it saw the arrival of two new collaborators: Sabine (for style) and Séverine (communication/marketing). In addition to these extra hands, this year saw us implement new partnerships for Peau-Ethique. Collaboration with Peru and India, new products, new ranges, new style... in short, lots of new things!!
And also a new website for Peau-Ethique that got a facelift!!
Furthermore, to help our stores better promote our products, we are offering a cardboard display stand.
But also a very big challenge (especially during this period): the launch of a new luxury lingerie range: Caresse de Soie.
So, here's an overview of all the new actions that were put in place in 2009.
But the other side of the coin (because there's always a flip side) was the moments of doubt, much more significant now that there are more than just the two of us (Cathy and me), the fear that other players might enter the market and prevent us from moving forward, the fear that this crisis might cripple the economy and leave companies on the sidelines... at the same time, I'm pretty stressed out by nature, so!! But there were still (for my part) big moments of doubt.
However, this year, rich in new encounters, gives me hope.
Hope that 2010 will be the year where all our challenges can be met, where new projects can come to fruition, new products and the invasion of Peau-Ethique worldwide!!!
In short, because "as long as there's life, there's hope," we wish everyone to move forward.
However, the blog will take a new turn. With new media (Twitter, Facebook), communication is taking a whole different path. But don't worry, I won't change direction, but I will try to create more sections that concern us... (because I also want to become an influential blogger)... So with the column on habitat, we will talk about fashion, but ethical fashion, of course, without mincing words...
I will also keep this offbeat tone, which also shows you the other side of Peau-Ethique... because after all, this blog has been a great freedom of expression for me, where I could say everything I wanted to say without ever censoring myself...
See you next year then :)
