Parcels are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is tracked letter, delivered without signature, as well as parcels. These deliveries are carbon neutral (according to La Poste). If you wish for delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us.

You can also choose to collect your parcel from a relay point of your choice with Mondial Relay (however, the parcel reception time is at least 48 to 72 hours longer than La Poste).
